This advanced setup revolutionizes the traditionally tedious process of crushing and splitting samples, enabling the precise extraction of specific sample weights for accurate analysis.- In another notable project, we engineered an automated crushing and splitting line capable of efficiently reducing a substantial one-ton sample with a maximum size of 150mm down to just 500g in a single pass. This remarkable plant features a combination of cutting-edge equipment, including one JC300 crusher, four JC2501 crushers, and two Vezin splitters, all seamlessly integrated with an array of conveyor belts to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
