LA-PM1000 Pulveriser

The Labtech Africa PM 1000 Mill, engineered for easy maintenance and low noise, is ideal for pulverizing ores, minerals, soils, metallurgical samples, and similar materials. Sample sizes vary from 0.8 to 1.2 kg, depending on the particle size, and can be ground to achieve a particle size of 90–95% down to 75 microns.

LM2- PULVERISING MILL

The LM2 is a bulletproof, reliable, vibratory mill, powered to rapidly prepare high volumes of mineral ore samples for analysis. User-friendly pneumatic bowl clamping for increased efficiency and reduced manual handling. Accepts bowls from 50 cc to 2000 cc for adaptability to a wide range of grinding applications and sample sizes, whilst reducing contamination and sample losses. Stationary 2.2 kW motor and drive shaft arrangement provides a reliable drive system

LM5- PULVERISING MILL

The LM5 Pulverising Mill is used for pulverizing ores, minerals, soils, metallurgical samples, ceramics, aggregates, chemicals and similar particulates. It finds particular application in mineral laboratories needing to prepare larger, more representative samples. Typically, samples of approximately 3 to 3.5 kg mass can be ground to 90 to 95% minus 75 micron, while larger samples up to approximately 4 to 5 kg can be reduced to approximately 0.5 to 0.8 mm particle size (all subject to the physical characteristics of the material. and the condition of the grinding elements). Grinding time will be approximately 5 to 8 minutes.

Mill Bowls - Bowl and Disc

The "Bowl and Disc" grinding vessels are constructed from through-hardened steel for enhanced durability. They come in nominal capacities of 640g, 800g, 1600g, and 3500g. These vessels enable quick reduction of large sample sizes while also promoting homogenization, leading to improved sample quality and increased productivity. Available in Standard and Chrome Steel.

Mill Bowls - Ring and Roller

The "Ring and Roller" grinding vessels are constructed from through-hardened steel for enhanced durability. They come in nominal capacities of 5g to 320g. These vessels enable quick reduction of large sample sizes while also promoting homogenization, leading to improved sample quality and increased productivity. Available in Standard and Chrome Steel.
